S.G. Rogers

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, S.G. Rogers currently dispatches and drives a taxi, owns and manages a retail American craft and women's clothing store in downtown Northampton Mass., and writes schlocky novels (The Taxi Chronicles is the first of a series. Number two is Taxi High and stars Lucille and her cast of elderly friends along with Honey and Belle).

Married with one kid (31 year old son, who, in a fit of normalcy, moved back home) and a cat whose day job is catching mice and whose night job is keeping her awake. Her husband drives a taxi (he calls it a car service) and is an artist.

Her 93 year old mother lives nearby and is some of the basis for Lucille's character.
